In early 2015 the TIRHS was invited to prepare a display about Mallorytown glass for the Ontario Legislature. Brian Phillips, Reg Hunt and Bob Greenhorn drove to Toronto in February with a number of exhibit pieces, including the Mallorytown Pitcher, which was loaned to the TIRHS by the Arthur Childs Museum of Gananoque. After the exhibit opened, our MPP, Steve Clark invited the TIRHS to view the exhibit, watch a session of the Legislature, tour the Legislature building and attend a welcoming session, which included meeting the Speaker of the House. A bus tour was organized, which quickly sold out, and we visited the Legislature on May 13th, 2015. One of the attendees was Mrs. Beth Robinson.
