Jamie Sherman, a glassblower from Bracebridge, ON, was commissioned by the Royal ON Museum, in the early 1990s, to reproduce some of the articles manufactured at Mallorytown in 1839 to 1840. Three of his reproductions are on display in the glassworks exhibit: the Mallorytown Pitcher, the fruit bowl and the Burnham Sugar Bowl. This version of the sugar bowl is somewhat bluer than the original, which is held in the ROM. The pitcher and the fruit bowl are a close match to the original pitcher. Jamie donated some extra versions of the pitcher which are also off colour. He also donated the tools, blowpipe and puntil rod he usedto manufacture the reproductions.
